We size every sump pump to your basin, discharge distance, and Excelsior, MN water table, not a generic off-the-shelf number.
Excelsior, MN water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.
We check discharge line routing and check valve placement as part of every install, not just the pump itself.
We carry common pump models on the truck so a failed unit can often be replaced the same day you call.
Pricing covers the pump, basin, check valve, and discharge line as one quoted number, not itemized surprises after the fact.
We calculate gallons-per-hour pump capacity based on your basin size and typical inflow rate, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.

This option works well as a second layer of protection alongside a battery backup system.
A missing or failed check valve lets pumped water flow back into the basin, making your pump work twice as hard for the same result.
An undersized basin cycles the pump too frequently, shortening its lifespan — we resize basins when the existing one isn't keeping up.
Tell us your pump's age, symptoms, and whether it failed or you're installing new — that shapes what we bring on the visit.
A technician checks basin size, current pump condition, and how fast water is actually entering the basin during testing.
